Application & Function
Previously Tetracycline Hcl were used for a variety of common infections, including bacterial gastroenteritis, pneumonia and urinarytract infections. However, numerous strains of bacteria causing these infections now are resistant and other agents have mostly superseded tetracyclines.
This product is broad-spectrum antimicrobial agents, high concentrations of sterilization.
Over the years due to the wide application of tetracycline, clinical common pathogens, including Staphylococcus and other Gram-positive bacteria and Enterobacteria and other gram-negative bacilli resistance to tetracycline serious, and the existence of cross-resistant varieties of similar varieties. The mechanism of action of this product is that the drug can specifically bind to the A position of the bacterial ribosome 30S subunit to prevent the binding of the aminoacyl-tRNA in this position, thereby inhibiting the growth of the peptide and affecting the synthesis of the bacterial protein.
